Information Collection and Use

We adhere to the privacy policies of Google and WhatsApp, as well as Indian privacy laws, to ensure the protection of your personal information. When you use our services, we may collect certain information, including but not limited to:

• Personal Information: Information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, and other relevant contact details.
• Usage Information: Information about how you interact with our services, such as the pages you visit, the features you use, and other actions you take.
• Device Information: Information about your device, including its unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and operating system.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel together with the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

When you consent, these tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, actions taken (for example submitting a form or starting a WhatsApp chat), your approximate location, device and browser type, and identifiers such as your IP address.

For advertising measurement we also share a limited set of event data with Meta through the Conversions API. Where this includes information you have given us — such as your name, phone number or email — it is cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) before transmission and is used by Meta only to match the event to an account and to measure and optimise ad delivery. Your IP address and browser user-agent are also shared with Meta for this measurement and, as Meta requires, are not hashed.

If you submit your email or phone number to us (for example through the sign-up form or the chat widget), we store a hashed (SHA-256) copy in a cookie on your device for up to 180 days so that later page views can be attributed to the same account in this measurement. The cookie holds only the hashes, never your actual email or phone number, and it is deleted if you reject advertising cookies.

You can accept or reject non-essential analytics and advertising cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in our footer. Visitors in the EEA and UK are opted out by default until they accept. You can also control Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.

Where a ConvoBot conversation asks a free-text question that a business has opted into AI-assisted checking, the text you type for that one question is sent to an AI inference provider (via OpenRouter) to check it looks like a genuine answer, under a no-data-retention routing configuration — it is not stored by the provider, used to train models, or used for any purpose beyond that one check.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this privacy policy or as required by law. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. However, please note that even if you opt out, we may still send you transactional or administrative messages regarding your account or our services.

Our services may utilize certain Google services and APIs, and by using our services, you agree to be bound by Google's Privacy Policy available at policies.google.com/privacy.

WhatsApp Privacy Policy

If you use WhatsApp services through our platform, you are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy available at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
