# Refund Policy

At convo.co.in, we strive to provide a seamless and excellent experience.
However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you require a
refund. This policy outlines our refund process and conditions.

## Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

- **Technical Issues:** If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you
  from accessing our services, and our support team is unable to resolve them
  within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
- **Service Disruption:** In the event of a prolonged service disruption (more
  than 24 hours) that is not scheduled or announced in advance, a refund or
  credit may be issued.
- **Incorrect Billing:** If you believe there has been an error in billing, you
  must notify us within 7 days of the billing date. After reviewing your case, a
  refund may be issued for any overcharges.

## Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

- **Change of Mind:** If you decide not to use our services after making a
  purchase, refunds will not be provided.
- **Usage of Services:** If you have already used a portion of the services
  (e.g., completed interviews or assessments), refunds will not be issued for the
  used portion.
- **Custom Plans:** Customized or tailored plans created specifically for your
  organization are non-refundable.

## Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- **Contact Support:** Email our support team at support@convo.co.in with your
  refund request, including your account details and the reason for the request.
- **Review Process:** Our team will review your request and may ask for
  additional information if needed. This review process typically takes 5-7
  business days.
- **Approval:** If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed
  within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your
  original payment method.

## Modifications to the Policy

convo.co.in reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any
time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated via our website or direct
communication channels.
