# Simple pricing for growing teams

Every plan starts with a **7-day free trial** — no card required. Basic and
Pro both include broadcast campaigns, a shared team inbox, and the
official WhatsApp Business API. Basic has a standard list price of
**₹2,500/month** and Pro has a standard list price of **₹5,000/month**.

Both plans currently have a **special offer**. Promotional monthly prices are
configured at build time; quarterly and yearly discounts stack on the
promotional price, not the list price. Each plan is billed monthly, quarterly,
or yearly — the longer the billing cycle, the lower the effective monthly price.

Prices exclude tax. 18% GST is added where applicable. Your Convo subscription is
separate from Meta's per-conversation charges, which Meta bills directly per its
official WhatsApp Business pricing.

## Billing FAQ

**Can I switch plans later?** Yes. Upgrade from Basic to Pro anytime — the price
difference is prorated for the rest of your current billing period.

**What happens if I upgrade mid-quarter or mid-year?** You're charged the
prorated difference for the time remaining. Downgrades take effect at your next
renewal.

**Is my discount locked in?** Your quarterly or yearly rate is fixed for that
billing term. It renews on the same term at the then-current rate.

**Do I pay WhatsApp / Meta charges separately?** Yes. Your Convo subscription
covers the platform. Meta charges separately for conversations, billed directly
per its official WhatsApp Business pricing.

**Do you offer refunds?** Incorrect billing and unresolved technical issues are
eligible; change-of-mind is not. See the [Refund Policy](https://www.convo.co.in/refund-policy).

**How is tax handled?** Prices shown exclude tax. 18% GST is added where
applicable.
